Mommy and Kaiden date!

A couple of days after Christmas, my mom called and took Kaiden and I and Mike and Mindys family to Fat Cats to bowl and eat pizza. Ryker had a cold so Mike stayed home with him. Kaiden and I definitely needed one on one time with each other. I try hard to give the boys equal time, but of course with Ryker little he takes up more of my time. We bowled one game and it took about 2 hours. Kaiden and Jaycee beat me! I am really bad at bowling. My mom also ordered pizza and drinks and then we played at the arcade. We all had such a fun time and I loved just having that time with Kaiden and giving him all the attention!!

Christmas Day

YAY!!!! Santa came! Kaiden was so excited Christmas eve, it took me almost two hours to get him to sleep. He kept saying,"Mom, I'm so excited."
Christmas morning he woke up at 6 and we told him he had to stay in bed until 7. So he sat in his room and watched Elf. We woke up Ryker and when the boys went into the family room to see what santa brought they were so excited!! It took us about two hours to open gifts. Rykers favorite part was the wrapping paper! Grammy put together all the toys and it took her about a hour. Mom and dad aren't to good at that.
Mike fixed a morning brunch and it was wonderful! We spent most of the day relaxing and later my grandparents and parents came over to see what the kids got. It was so fun to spend the day playing with the kids and spending time with the family.

Christmas Eve

This Christmas, grammy and grandpa Voseipka came out to stay with us. On Christmas eve, our little elf "Buddy" comes and leaves the boys a gift under their trees in their rooms. This year the elf even left grammy and papa a gift. They all got Christmas jammies. After the boys but them on we went to Thanksgiving Point and drove through the lights. Grammy was so excited to see the reindeer that are there but they were gone. When we got home, Kaiden made a plate of carrots and apples for the reindeer and left it on the porch. He also wrote a note to Santa and left him milk and cookies. After, we watched Christmas movies and then the boys went to bed.
