A couple of weeks ago, my parents took us to temple square to look at the lights. Kaiden was so excited. He calls lights "ho, ho's". We have no clue were that came from. It was really cold. After we went and got hot chocolate and then went back to my parents house and ate dinner. We had alot of fun!!

Snow Day
Yesterday we thought it would be fun to pull out the four wheeler and sled and take Kaiden for ride around the neighborhood. Mindy, Carson and Sisi came over, and let me tell you they had a blast. Mike would pull two at a time and the other person got to ride on the four wheeler. Mindy and I stood outside and froze our butts off. Thank goodness we had the kids really bundled. It was so fun seeing the smiles on the kid's faces and hearing them laugh. Thats what life is all about!!!

Guess who locked mom out of the house?
Last week when it was snowing, I took Kaiden out of the car and put him inside so I could bring in some groceries. I had put my purse and keys also in the house. I went back outside to grab some groceries and when I came up to the door Kaiden had shut it and locked it. I didn't know he knew how to lock doors. So I start yelling his name and he yell back Momma. I said unlock the door and all he would do is laugh. He thought it was so funny. I probably stood there for 5 minutes trying to get him to unlock it but he wouldn't. So finally I had to go to my neighbors and get a credit card and slide it through my door. When I opened it he was laughing and he had pulled out 2 drawers in my kitchen and emptied them all over the floor. It's amazing how much damage he can do in such little time.
Then the next day we went to my grandparents house to help grandma make banana nut bread and all the sudden here comes Kaiden running out of the kitchen with a hand full of flour and throws it up in the air and it goes everywhere. All over the carpet, the chair and him. It was actually pretty funny. He thought it was great!

New playlist
I finally decided to put Christmas songs on my playlist. I thought the first song would be a good one since we are going to Hawaii next month. So much for getting a tan though!!
Our Fun Weekend
Those are just a few pictures of our fun weekend with Grammy and Grandpa. Mikes parents drove from Colorado to see us this weekend. We were all excited to see them especially Kaiden. He went right to Grandpa and gave him a big hug!! We did alot of relaxing, went to dinner, seen movies, went and seen the lights at Thanksgiving Pointe, went through a neighborhood with a ton of lights, and opened presents. Oh and of course Kim and I had to shop while Mike and his dad did handy man work. That's usually the only time stuff in our house gets fixed! (Thanks Jim) Kaiden also had alot of fun playing with Grammy in the snow. We always have such a great time when they are here. Thanks for the fun weekend. We love and miss you guys!!

My Cute Husband
Mike has been traveling a lot lately and two weeks ago when he was gone, Kaiden got sick. I think he had the stomach flu or something and all he did for 3 straight days and nights was throw up. I felt so bad for him. It's always hard when your kid is sick. So needless to say I had no sleep. My mom helped me out the whole time Mike was gone. Well on the forth day my mom took us to her house and we were sitting in the living room and I saw a lady coming up her drive way with two vases full of flowers. My mom had had some surgery so I thought they were for her. Well one was for her and the other was for me. The card for me said thanks for all your hard work taking care of our son. Your a wonderful wife and mother. The card for my mom said thanks so much for taking care of my family when I am gone. I always know they are in good hands. Mike had sent us both flowers. I honestly cannot say enough about him. He is always so thoughtful, caring, loving and always knows how to brighten up a day. Thanks babe and we love you!!!
