I'm a Auntie again!!

Baby Coles was born April 18, 2010 at 3:22 pm. She weighed 7lbs. 9 oz. and was 18 inches long. Kaiden waited patientley for 2 hours to hold her. He was so excited. Then he asked were his baby brother was.

Mindy right after the baby was born. I wish I looked this good after having a baby!

Corey and Tarah

Carly waited along time to hold her to!

Oh my gosh, what a exciting day! Mindy went in to be induced yesterday at 7:30 and eight hours later little baby Coles was born. They haven't named her yet but I think her name will be Harlee. She is so pretty. She has little tiny features and dark black hair. I had Carson and Jaycee yesterday and when we arrived at the hospital they were so excited. The baby was screaming because she was getting her shots and it scared Carson a little bit. The kids got to hold her and watch Uncle Mike give her a bath. Kaiden kept asking to hold her but we told him he had to wait. When he finally held her, you should of seen the smile on his face. I really didn't think he would want anything to do with her but he did. He asked us were his baby brother was and I had to explain to him that he was still in mommy's tommy and he would be here soon. I am so excited for my sister and her family!! Today is Mindy's birthday and I am sure she couldn't of asked for a better gift!
This whole baby thing got me thinking about how unprepared I am. I have alot to still do and buy and I only have 6 weeks left. I better get on the ball.

34 weeks and counting....

I can't believe that today I am 34 weeks along. I never thought I would say this, but looking back it's went by pretty fast. It is so weird to me how different this pregnancy has been compared to when I was pregnant with Kaiden. I thought I was having a girl at first just because of how different they have been. I was only sick a total of 4 days with this little guy. I was nauseated to but nothing like I was with Kaiden. I had heartburn at first with Kaiden and then it went away. With this one, I got it at 3 months and still have it. It was so bad to the point were it would make me sick. Thank goodness for Prilosec!!!! I have to take it everyday and since I've been taking it I haven't had it. I never felt Kaiden move until about 22 weeks. It was the most amazing feeling ever. He would move about once a day and that was it. This baby I swear has a party in my belly starting around 5pm and doesn't stop moving until morning. He also gets the hecups everynight around 8. I have been really tired with this pregnancy to but I think part of it is from chasing a 3 year old all day.
I am so thankful to be carrying this wonderful gift and so lucky we have both been healthy. I can't wait until he get here to make our little family complete!!

My two favorite boy's that make me SMILE everyday!

You make me smile like the sun
Fall out of bed, sing like a bird
Dizzy in my head, spin like a record
Crazy on a Sunday night
You make me dance like a fool
Forget how to breathe
Shine like gold, buzz like a bee
Just the thought of you can drive me wild
Ohh you make me smile!!

Daddy's little helper!

Kaiden helping daddy tape the walls.

The funnest part! Painting the babies room.

Kaiden helping daddy paint the bathroom.

My poor hubby has had alot of honey dues this week. Since we decided to take our house off the market, I thought it would be nice to tear everything apart. Mike thinks I am nesting, I think I'm just CRAZY!! I had him paint our hall bathroom and buy all new stuff for it. Now we are in the process of painting the babies room. Oh and we are getting new carpet next week. I told him it would be nice to have it all done before the baby gets here.
Kaiden has been such a big help. He has wanted to help with everything. I think he does a better paint job then I do.

St. George trip

What a fun trip! We had some friends ask us to down to St. George last week for a golf tournament. The husbands let us girls go down a day early without kids! We had a great time shopping, and laying out in the sun.
When the guys and the kids got down there, we took the kids out to do alot of fun things. This was one. We hiked through the Narrows. It was really pretty. I wish I could of done some more but being 7 months pregnant, it wasn't going to happen.

This is a picture of one of the little caves the kids found.
I thought this was a funny picture so I had to post it!

Mike caught a lizard and was showing it to the kids. When he let it go, it ran right under Kaiden's feet and scared him.

This was taken at the Mexican restaurant we ate at.

One of the days we were there, we took the kids to the dinosaur museum. The footprint is of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.

The guide was showing Kaiden the different dinosaur prints in this rock. I think it was the only time he really paid attention.

One night we took the kids to a Pirate Pizza place. It was really neat.

Yay!! Kaiden is finally tall enough to ride a ride.

We took the kids to Fiesta Fun to ride the rides and play video games. Kaiden drove the car all by himself!

The day the guys went and played golf, Megan and I decided to take the kids to the pool. It wasn't warm enough to go in the outside pool, so we stayed in the inside one. It was still fun.
My favorite part of the trip was going to get frozen yogurt. I know, what a shocker!! It was so good!

Grandma Day

Today was grandma day! We always look forward to going over to my grandparents on Wednesday. When we pulled up Kaiden was so excited to see the bunny. He ran right to it and said,"Mom take my picture by the bunny!" They always go all out with the decorations inside and outside of their house.
My grandma fixed us sandwiches for lunch and then she bought Kaiden the Princess and the Frog dvd, so we watched that. It's really a cute show. Then grandpa took Kaiden outside to drive his remote control cars. They had so much fun!

Happy St. Paticks Day!

A little Leprechaun came to our house this morning and left Kaiden a little four leaf clover trail to find his pot of gold!

He left him a coloring book, crayons, green gum, skittles,
and of course a tractor. Kaiden was so happy! Then he tried to find the leprechaun but couldn't find him. I told him he is sneaky and really fast!

My grandma is watching Kaiden for me today because I am headed down to St. George. So I wanted to fix them a St. Patricks Day lunch. I found this idea on the internet and thought it would be fun for them. The stuff that's in the pot is yellow jello and I also make four leaf clover sugar cookies and sprite to drink.
